Tepui's curbside pickup process is designed to be contactless and get you on your way with your new gear safely and easily. To ensure your own safety as well as the safety of our staff, please read the next steps below thoroughly.
1. When placing your order, choose "Curbside Pickup" as the preferred shipping method. Within 24 hours of ordering, you'll receive a phone call from a member of our customer service team to schedule your curbside pickup appointment (available Mon-Sat between 9:30am and 2:00pm). Please do not show up at the warehouse prior to your scheduled pickup time.
2. When you arrive during your scheduled pickup timeslot, please park your vehicle in the designated curbside pickup area, marked by signage. Remain in your vehicle and call Tepui's warehouse team (phone number provided in order confirmation email, and listed on warehouse signage) to let us know you've arrived. Please have your order number and government-issued ID handy.
3. A member of the Tepui warehouse team will bring your order to your vehicle and place it in your trunk or truck-bed. Please be prepared to show your government-issued ID through your vehicle's window to confirm that you're authorized to pickup the order.
4. A member of our staff will take a photo of the gear in your car for our records, and you'll be all set to head off on your next adventure!
