Tepui's curbside pickup process is designed to be contactless and get you on your way with your new gear safely and easily. To ensure your own safety as well as the safety of our staff, please read the next steps below thoroughly.
How curbside pickup works:
1. Within 24 hours of ordering, you'll receive a phone call from a member of our customer service team to schedule your curbside pickup appointment. Please do not show up at the warehouse prior to your scheduled pickup time.
2. When you arrive during your scheduled pickup timeslot, please park your vehicle in the designated curbside pickup area, marked by signage. Remain in your vehicle and call Tepui's warehouse team at (831) 220-0212 to let us know you've arrived. Please have your order number and government-issued ID handy.
3. A member of the Tepui warehouse team will bring your order to your vehicle and place it in your trunk or truck-bed. Please be prepared to show your government-issued ID through your vehicle's window to confirm that you're authorized to pickup the order.
4. A member of our staff will take a photo of the gear in your car for our records, and you'll be all set to head off on your next adventure!

Appointments are required for all curbside pickups. A member of our customer service team will reach out to you to schedule a curbside pickup appointment. Please do not arrive unannounced or prior to your scheduled timeslot.

Please ensure that you have a government-issued ID when you arrive for your pickup appointment. If you plan to have a friend or family member pickup your order, please inform our team of that while scheduling your appointment.
Many products offered on Tepui.com are oversized, and may not safely fit in all vehicles. Please ensure that you arrive with an appropriately-sized vehicle to fit the products that you've purchased. A member of our team can answer any questions that you may have when scheduling your pickup appointment.
Due to limited staffing, we are unfortunately unable to perform installations of any products at this time. Please refer to the Owner's Manual of your product for instructions on how to complete self-service installation.
